CHDC is creating real, accessible pathways to homeownership for Cherry Hill residents. If you have dreamed of owning a home in Cherry Hill, we want to hear from you.
Our current homeownership programs include the Blight Reduction Homeownership Initiative (BRHI), the Community Land Trust, and the Legacy Homeowner Repair Initiative for existing homeowners. Each program is designed to make homeownership achievable for Cherry Hill families.
